Scientific Guidelines

For Post-Graduates

  • The scientific committee invites the students to submit the Papers and Posters for consideration and inclusion into the scientific program of 26th IACDE PG Convention 2026.
  • The presenter should be an IACDE member and must have registered for the PG convention.
  • Abstract should be structured and should have a maximum of 250 words
    ● The medium of communication should be English.
  • Scientific presentations should be original and should not be published or previously presented in any forum.
  • The presentation should be from any one of the following fields: Dental materials, Restorative dentistry, Aesthetic dentistry, Endodontics or any related innovation.
  • Paper/e-poster can be an original research, systematic review, or case study/series. Narrative reviews will only be accepted for first year MDS (2025-26).
  • The paper/e-poster presentation should be in Power point [MS Office 2007] format.
  • Times New Roman style and 14 font size with white background should be used for paper presentation (PPT).
  • E-poster should have only one PPT slide in Landscape orientation and kindly use HD images (minimum 300 dpi resolution) with appropriate background for the same.
  • Each participant can only present either a paper or a poster.
  • The maximum number of students sharing a paper should be only two and an e-poster should be only three.
    ● Abstract for presentations should be uploaded at 26thiacdepgcon2026.com
    ● Every participant is advised to keep the copy of their presentation and bring their presentation in a pendrive also.
  • Last date for submission of abstract is 31st January 2026.
    ● Abstracts and the presentations once submitted cannot be modified or changed.
  • Scientific committee holds the rights of accepting or rejecting the abstracts.
  • Final presentation (paper/e-poster) should be submitted through online by 20th February 2026.
  • Time limit for paper – 8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion
  • Time limit for e-poster – 3 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion
  • Upload the file with your conference registration number and also mention your conference registration number in the presentation.There should not be any mention of the name of the presenter, guide, or the institution in any of the presentation slides.
    ● Presentation Certificates will be provided to all the presenters , registered for the conference.
