Cancellation Policy

  • Upto 30th September 2025, 50% refund of registration fee.
  • Upto 30th November 2025, 20% refund of registration fee.
  • Upto 31st December 2025, 05% refund of registration fee.
  • From 1st January 2026, no refund will be given.
  • All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference.
  • Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
